Årsrapport 2025Description of key activities of the companyLike previous years, the company's purpose is to carry out service and installation activities related to locks and security systems, as well as any related business activities.
Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersDuring the financial year, the Company was acquired by Gunnebo Entrance Control ApS. As a consequence of the change in ownership, the Company changed its financial year in order to align it with the financial year of its new parent company. The change was implemented to ensure consistent financial reporting and accounting practices across the Group. Other than above, there have been no significant changes in activities and financial matters. The gross profit for the year totals DKK 9.261.935 against DKK 6.431.184 last year. Profit from ordinary activities after tax totals DKK 2.145.876 against DKK 138.660 last year. Management considers the net profit for the year satisfactory.
