Om virksomheden
Årsrapport 2025Roche Diagnostics A/S's principal activities consist of the sale and distribution of a comprehensive portfolio of in-vitro diagnostic tests, instruments, service and digital solutions. These products are primarily supplied to hospitals, laboratories, and clinics throughout Denmark to support the prevention, screening, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of diseases. Products are delivered directly from Roche Diagnostics International, Switzerland and other Roche-affiliated companies.
Financial Performance in 2025 In 2025, sales for Roche Diagnostics A/S in Denmark amounted to DKK 391 million. The company expected sales to be in line with or slightly exceeding 2024, but experienced a low single-digit percentage increase in overall sales compared to 2024. This was primarily attributed to pick-up in our high medical value reagents addressing chronic disease areas across the Danish healthcare ecosystem. However, the Near Patient Care customer area, which includes the Diabetes Care portfolio, continued to face headwinds due to a market shift in Denmark from traditional Blood Glucose Monitoring (BGM) towards Continuous Glucose Monitoring (CGM) solutions. Management has identified strategic actions to address this trend, which are incorporated into the outlook for 2026 as well as long term innovation portfolio. In 2025, ordinary operating profit of Roche Diagnostics A/S was around the similar levels of 2024, which were in line with expectations.
