Business reviewThe company's activities comprise developing, implementing and servicing business systems and apps. The purpose is to digitise work procedures, support compliance (e.g. GDPR) and ensure secure communication. Since 2001, VLRS GRP A/S has developed the product suite Intranote Solutions which includes solutions for e.g. handling internal communication, document management, HR, agenda and collaboration space. The company is part of Volaris NA Holdco ULC and also serves as the holding entity of the group's European investments and operations within similar activities. Additionally, the company is responsible for group management and the overall administration of shared costs for its subsidiaries.

Financial reviewThe company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 shows a profit of DKK 24,613 thousand, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 428,381 thousand.Gross profit amounted to DKK 61,550 thousand which is in line with expectations. Profit before tax amounts to DKK 27,261 thousand, which is below expectations, primarily driven by an increase in other financial costs from unrealized fx adjustments on intercompany credit facility. The company is subject to the Danish interest deduction limitation rules, which increased taxable income for the year and is reflected in the tax charge. Overall, the profit for the year of DKK 24,613 thousand is considered satisfactory. The company increased its investment in subsidiaries by a net DKK 230,803 thousand during the year, bringing the total carrying amount to DKK 744,196 thousand at 31 December 2025, in line with its long-term acquisition strategy.Currency riskThe company is exposed to currency risk, primarily in USD, arising from a USD-denominated intercompany credit facility with the parent company. As the US dollar strengthened during 2025, this resulted in significant negative exchange rate adjustments recognized under net financials. The exposure is not hedged, as the balance is managed at group level.
