Om virksomheden
Årsrapport 2025The principal activities of NAC Aviation 3 A/S (the "Company") are the ownership, leasing and trading of commercial jet aircraft. The Company owned and leased two aircraft, one of which was leased to an airline in Africa. During the year, the Company entered into a new lease agreement for the remaining aircraft with an airline in Latin America. The Company is a wholly-owned subsidiary of NAC Aviation 29 Designated Activity Company which is a subsidiary of the Company's intermediate parent Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd (“DAE”). During the year, DAE acquired ownership of the Company as an ultimate controlling party through business combination. DAE is owned by DAE Aviation Group Ltd, and the ultimate beneficial owner is Investment Corporation of Dubai. The Company’s activities are predominantly denominated in USD, and this is the Company's functional currency. The financial statements are presented in USD.
The Company's income statement for 2025 shows a loss of USD 3,029,515 as against a loss of USD 491,884 in 2024. Equity in the Company's balance sheet at 31 December 2025 stood at a positive of USD 1,050,385 as against a positive of USD 4,079,000 at 31 December 2024. • Revenue decreased 39% during the year. 1 aircraft previously on lease was not on lease at year end. • Operating loss increased as aircraft maintenance remained high due to heavy maintenance required on airplanes to bring them to an airworthy condition. • Other financial expenses were lower than prior year due to the lower interest rate on the new intercompany loan financing entered into in 2025. The equity is expected to be re-established by future operations or alternatively by conversion of debt to the parent company. Capital resources The Company realised a loss of USD 3,030 thousand in the financial year ending 31 December 2025, the Company's short-term liabilities at this date exceed its short-term assets by USD 10,820 thousand and the Company's equity is USD 1,050 thousand. The Company has received a letter of support from Dubai Aerospace Enterprise (DAE) Ltd regarding the provision of the necessary liquidity which is valid 12 months from the signing of the 2025 financial statements. Management has therefore assessed that the Company will be able to meet its obligations as they fall due and, on that basis, has prepared the financial statements on a going con
