The efficacy of our strategic realignment is most clearly evidenced in our exceptional financial performance. In a market that grew by 3,9% (source: KreaKom), Mindshare Denmark achieved revenue of DKK 80,981,332—representing 13% year-over-year growth from 2023's DKK 71,375,322. This performance significantly outpaced our projected mid-single-digit growth rate and demonstrates our ability to capture market share in a challenging economic environment. Our profit metrics further underscore the success of our strategic initiatives. Profit before tax increased to DKK 19,972,948 from DKK 13,914,028 in the previous year. This is exceeding our projected range of DKK 14,000,000 to DKK 15,000,000, reflecting the operational efficiencies gained through our more focused business model. These results were achieved while maintaining a strong balance sheet, with equity standing at DKK 29,462,682 as of December 31, 2024. This robust financial position was maintained even after distributing a dividend of DKK 15,000,000 to our Parent Company, demonstrating our ability to deliver shareholder value while investing in future growth.
