The principal activities of the companyMindKey Software A/S develops and delivers a modern HR and Talent Management platform that supports all core HR processes — from recruitment and onboarding to development, performance, and termination. The solution is offered as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform and is complemented by professional services, including implementation, process consulting, and training.

Significant changes in the company's activities and financial mattersDuring the financial year, the company has continued to strengthen its product platform and compliance framework, focusing on scalability, data security, and process automation. These initiatives support both customer value creation and long-term operational efficiency. No other significant changes have occurred in the company’s activities or financial position during the year. Profit after tax for the year amounts to DKK 288 thousand compared to DKK 608 thousand in the previous year. While the result is below expectations, management considers it acceptable in light of the continued and significant investments made in product development, infrastructure, and compliance initiatives, which are expected to support future growth and profitability.
