Årsrapport 2025Business reviewThe company’s activities encompass a wide range of sectors, including biofuels, raw materials for biogas plants, retail, insurance for both businesses and individuals, as well as veterinary medicine for agriculture. In addition, the company’s sales personnel collaborate with DCC to market diesel, heating oil, and related products to businesses within the agricultural sector. This collaboration operates under a joint venture with DCC, in which DLG Service A/S holds a 20% ownership stake. DLG Service’s insurance offerings include a partnership with Tryg to provide insurance solutions for DLG Group customers across various segments, including agriculture, disused agriculture, and private individuals in the Danish market. Biofuels are marketed by the company's energy sales team, catering to the B2B segment, and the Land & Fritid chain, catering to the B2C segment. The retail division provides sales and professional advice to individuals with homes, gardens, and pets through the Land & Fritid store chain. Veterinary medicine sales are conducted through the subsidiary DLG Vet I/S, which serves as a distributor of livestock medicines. Raw materials biogas focuses on the sales and delivery of obsolete goods for biogas plants.
Financial review The company's income statement for the year ended 31 December 2025 shows a profit of kDKK 37,726, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of kDKK 308,259.Net revenue decreased by 11.73% from DKK 684 million in 2024 to DKK 603 million in 2025. The decrease is primarily attributable to the divestment of the raw materials biogas activities in 2024, which reduced revenue in 2025. Biofuel also experienced a challenging year, with gross profit below expectations. However, the continuing activities still delivered a year-on-year improvement. Retail: In 2025, Land & Fritid experienced positive development in both revenue and profit. The chain consists of 37 stores, which have shown growth in the top-line compared to the previous year. Our private label products for horses (Equsana) and for dogs and cats (Sund Premium) remain well established in the market and competitive compared to similar products. In the product category for birds and rodents, there has been a slight decline in sales, which can be attributed to the general decrease in the population of garden birds in Denmark. There has been increasing demand for products for private households and hobby farms with chickens, and we expect to continue capitalizing on this potential. The hunting product category continues to see growing demand for biodegradable hunting cartridges. Land & Fritid looks forward to continuing its positive development and meeting market needs in the coming years. B
