Om virksomheden
Årsrapport 2025The company is engaged in producing and selling Schiedel chimney and fireplace systems for domestic and foreign wholesalers, and to its affiliated companies. The Group produces flat and pitched roofing products, chimneys and waterproofing solutions. The Group is represented in more than 40 countries.
The income statement for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 2,462 thousand against a loss of DKK 3,092 thousand last year, and the balance sheet at 31 December 2025 shows equity of DKK 101 thousand. The management has conducted an impairment test of the company's fixed assets in connection with the preparation of the financial statements for 2025, which did not result in any impairments. The as-sessment of valuation of the fixed assets was based on the net selling price of the fixed assets. Manage-ment considers that the valuation of the Company's assets as of December 31, 2025, is reasonable.The Company has lost more than 50% of its share capital and is therefore subject to the capital loss provisions of the Danish Companies Act. In order to restore equity, management is considering a capital contribution from the parent company, Schiedel GmbH & Co. KG., and/or through positive earnings in the coming years.The parent company, Schiedel GmbH & Co. KG., has issued a letter of support to Schiedel Skorstene ApS. The letter states that the parent company will provide sufficient financial support and has the ability to do so, whether in the form of a capital contribution, a loan, or another form of support, in order to ensure the continued operations of Schiedel Skorstene ApS for a period of up to 12 months from the date of approval of the Company’s Annual Report for 2025.Based on the above, management assesses that the Company has sufficient liquidity and financing to carry out its
