Årsrapport 2025The Company’s activities comprise transport, shipping and logistics solutions. DHL Express holds a leading position on the global market and is part of DHL Group. DHL Express Denmark is a key player in the Danish transport and logistics market and expects to further expand and manifest its market position to the benefit of its customers.
Loss for the year (including comparison with outlook previously announced) The Company's income statement for 2025 shows a loss of DKK 39,790 thousand against a profit of DKK 103,549 thousand in 2024. Equity in the Company's balance sheet at 31 December 2025 stood at DKK 441,111 thousand against DKK 480,534 thousand at 31 December 2024. Income from equity investments in group entities for 2025 includes share of profit/loss for the 2025 of investments in group entities of DKK 28,090 thousand against DKK 59.733 thousand in 2024 and write down related to negative equity value in DHL Supply Chain A/S not recognized in prior years of DKK 112.623 thousand against 0 thousand in 2024. DHL continues to adapt to evolving markets by embracing innovation and sustainability as core elements of its business strategy. In response to changing customer demands and the growing importance of environmental responsibility, DHL is committed to reducing its carbon footprint and strengthening green initiatives across its global operations. Going forward, investments will be aligned with strategic priorities to sustain a competitive advantage. Recognizing the urgency of climate change, DHL has set ambitious targets to achieve net-zero emissions. As part of this commitment, the company continues investing in sustainable solutions.
