About the company
Annual report 2026Fondens væsentligste aktiviteterFondens formål er at yde støtte til stifternes børn og efterkommere af disse i lige linie, samt til andre medlemmer af stifternes familie. Stifternes børn samt disses efterkommere har til enhver tid fortrinsret til at modtage støtte fra fonden. Der kan ikke ydes støtte til stifterne, andre bidragsydere, disses samlevende ægtefæller samt de hos nævnte hjemmeboende børn under 18 år. Det er endvidere fondens formål at bidrage til at sikre og underbygge de økonomiske grundlag for fortsat beståen og udvikling af de selskaber fonden måtte besidde økonomiske interesser i. Spørgsmål om adgang til hjælp af fonden kan ikke indbringes for domstolene, men afgøres alene af fondsbestyrelsen.
Fondens resultatopgørelse for 2025/26 udviser et overskud på kr. 1.754.689, og fondens balance pr. 31. marts 2026 udviser en egenkapital på kr. 40.617.180.
