Annual report 2026Selskabets formål er at drive virksomhed med ejendomsudleje, samt enhver iforbindelse hermed stående virksomhed.
Selskabets resultatopgørelse for 2025/26 udviser et overskud på kr. 12.882, og selskabets balance pr. 30. juni 2026 udviser en negativ egenkapital på kr. 578.Årets resutat er som forventet. Selskabets kapital er tabt. Begge selskabets kapitalejere har valgt at stå tilbage for egne krav i forhold til andre, på balancedagen, kendte kreditorer. Selskabet har derfor den fornødne likvide kapital, til at fortsætte driften for egne midler. Funderet i ovenstående, er årsrapporten aflagt efter princippet om going concern.
