Annual report 2026Selskabets aktivitet har i lighed med tidligere år bestået af at eje kapitalandel i Sandberg Optik ApS.
Der har ikke været væsentlige ændringer i aktiviteter og økonomiske forhold. Årets resultat og økonomiske udvikling anses for mindre tilfredsstillende. KapitalberedskabSelskabets egenkapital er negativ med kr. 1.1 mio. selskabets negative kapital er finansieret med kr. 1,5 mio af selskabets ejerkreds. Baseret herpå er det ledelsens opfattelse at årsrapporten kan aflægges under forudsætning om forsat drift.
