About the company
Annual report 2020Er at drive virksomhed med levering af automationsløsninger og al drift i forbindelse hermed.
Årets resultat anses for meget utilfredsstillende. Selskabet har i regnskabåret været økonomisk hårdt ramt af restriktioner som følge af Covid-19 samt konkurs ved en af selskabets større kunder. Det dårlige resultat for indkomståret 2020 har medført, at selskabets egenkapital er blevet negativ. Ledelsen har en formodning om, at reetablering af anpartskapitalen kan skabes ved fremtidig overskudsgivende drift over en årrække, baseret på mindre interne omstruktureringer samt optimering af produktmix.
