Annual report 2026Selskabets formål er at eje kapitalandele samt anden virksomhed, der står i forbindelse hermed.
Selskabets resultatopgørelse for 2025/26 udviser et underskud på 3.625 kr. mod et underskud på 1.000 kr. sidste år, og selskabets balance pr. 31. august 2026 udviser en egenkapital på 3.897 kr. Selskabet har tabt mere end halvdelen af selskabskapitalen, og er som følge heraf omfattet af kapitaltabsbestemmelserne. Det er ledelsens forventning, at selskabskapitalen vil blive reetableret via fremadrettet drift.
