Annual report 2025Selskabets væsentligste aktiviteter har i lighed med tidligere år bestået af at forestå indspilning,produktion, offentlig fremførelse samt salg og distribution af musik og anden dermed beslægtetvirksomhed.
Selskabet har fortsat sine normale driftsaktiviteter. Selskabet er omfattet af kapitalbestemmelserne iselskabslovens § 119. Ledelsen forventer, at virksomhedskapitalen kan retableres ved egenindtjening i løbet af 3 - 5 år. Vi henviser til note 1 i årsregnskabet.Der har herudover ikke været enkeltstående begivenheder i perioden, som er af så væsentligkarakter, at det kræver omtale i ledelsesberetningen.Periodens udvikling og resultat anses for ikke tilfredsstillende.
