Moderselskabet BVO Holding ApS har overfor selskabet afgivet støtteerklæring, hvori moderselskabet BVO Holding ApS erklærer, gennem eventuelle nødvendige tilskud, at indestå for selskabets forpligtelser og dermed sikre datterselskabets fortsatte drift. På baggrund af denne støtteerklæring og med udgangspunkt i ledelsens vurdering af selskabets muligheder for fremtidig indtjening, er det ledelsens opfattelse, at selskabet kan fortsætte sin drift hvorfor årsregnskabet er aflagt med fortsat drift for øje.
