Annual report 2026Business reviewDCC Holding Denmark A/S serves as holding company for the subsidiaries DCC Energi Danmark A/S, DCC Energi Center A/S, DCC Energi Mobility A/S and DCC & Shell Aviation Denmark A/S. Through the subsidiaries the customers of the DCC Denmark group (hereafter DCC Energi) may profit from access to a nationwide network of petrol stations, a full-service energy provider dedicated on delivering quality energy solutions and best in class customer service as well as aviation fuel for Danish airports.
Financial review The income statement for the year ended 31 March 2026 shows a profit of TDKK 215,600, and the balance sheet at 31 March 2026 shows equity of TDKK 1,364,801.In the annual report for 2024/25, management expected the result for 2025/26 to be at a level comparable to the result for 2024/25 of TDKK 194,684. The result of DCC Holding Denmark A/S for the year ended 31 March 2026 exceeded this level. The result primarily reflects income from subsidiaries. Overall, performance across the group reflects results in several entities above expectations, while the remaining entities delivered results broadly in line with expectations. Management considers the financial performance satisfactory in light of market fluctuations and investments in strategy execution.
