Annual report 2026Selskabets aktiviteter er at foretage investeringer i andre selskaber.
Selskabets resultatopgørelse for 2025/26 udviser et overskud på kr. 33.706, og selskabets balance pr. 30. juni 2026 udviser en negativ egenkapital på kr. 43.284.Selskabet har tabt egenkapitalen. Ledelsen forventer at egenkapitalen kan retableres inden for 3-5 år, som følge af positivt resultat i tilknyttet virksomhed. Selskabets kapitalejer har tilkendegivet i fornødent omfang at støtte selskabet med likviditet frem til 30. juni 2027 og ikke kræve sit tilgodehavende tilbagebetalt.
