About the company
Annual report 2026Happy & Co. er et brandbureau til den digitale tidsalder. Aktiviteterne i selskabet er således primært fokuseret på at hjælpe virksomheder med udvikling og drift af deres kommunikation og markedsføring. Herunder udvikling af kommunikationsstrategi, konceptudvikling, marketingplanlægning samt implementering og drift af virksomheders marketingsindsatser.
Der har ikke været væsentlige ændringer i aktiviteter og økonomiske forhold. Årets bruttofortjeneste udgør 8.799 t.kr. mod 9.283 t.kr. sidste år. Det ordinære resultat efter skat udgør 632 t.kr. mod 738 t.kr. sidste år. Ledelsen anser årets resultat for tilfredsstillende. Regnskabet er kraftigt påvirket af et igangværende søgsmål, hvor selskabet er under anklage vedrørende en personalesag. Der er i den forbindelse afsat økonomi til at imødekomme eventuelt krav fra modparten samt advokatsalær, der stemmer overens med det forventede resultat af søgsmålet. Sagen forventes afsluttet senest i januar 2027. Der henvises endvidere til note 1
