About the company
Annual report 2019Selskabets formål er produktion, distribution og salg af fjernvarme i Nordborg By samt produktion og salg af elektricitet.
Årets resultat blev et underskud på 1.311 t.kr. efter skat. Resultatet er negativt påvirket af omkostningsførsel af tidligere indregnet udskudt skatteaktiv på 913 t.kr., der på baggrund af den besluttede nedlukning af aktiviteterne ikke længere forventes at kunne udnyttes. I forbindelse med etablering af ny fjernevarmeforsyning via opførelse af et nyt varmeværk på Nordals, der forventes i drift medio 2020, er det blevet besluttet at nedlukke aktiviteten for Nordborg Kraftvarmeværk medio 2020. Selskabets ejer har afgivet støtteerklæring til sikring af den nødvendige likviditet i forbindelse med nedlukningen.
