Annual report 2020Selskabets formål er at drive handel, herunder import og eksport
Selskabets resultatopgørelse for 2019/20 udviser et underskud på kr. 80.929, og selskabets balance pr. 30. september 2020 udviser en negativ egenkapital på kr. 30.883. Selskabet har tabt hele den registrerede selskabskapital og er derfor omfattet af kapitaltabsbestemmelserne i selskabslovens §119. Selskabet ledelse har besluttet at lukke selskabet i regnskabsåret 2020-21 efter §216 i selskabsloven. Selskabets ledelse redegør for selskabets solvente afvikling i note 1.
