Annual report 2026Selskabets væsentligste aktivitet har været ejendomsformidlingsvirksomhed og hermed beslægtet virksomhed.
Selskabets resultatopgørelse for 2025/26 udviser et underskud på kr. 180.758, og selskabets balance pr. 30. juni 2026 udviser en negativ egenkapital på kr. 1.715.344.Selskabet har været ude af stand til at indfri væsentlige, forfaldne lån, og er i gang med en afviling af selskabet, og det har ikke været muligt at kunne opnå bekræftelse fra kreditgiver om at modtage forsat finansiering eller gældseftergivelse. Endvidere har selskabet forsat tabt mere end 50% af selskabskapitalen.
