Development in activities and financesOn 21 May 2026, the entity BBC Studios Nordic Productions A/S (CVR no. 29305668), completed a reverse vertical merger with its former parent company, BBC Studios Nordic ApS (CVR no. 37304565), whereby BBC Studios Nordic ApS was dissolved by merger into the entity Prior to the merger, BBC Studios Nordic ApS held 100% of the shares and voting rights in the entity. Following completion, BBC Studios Distribution Limited became the direct owner of 100% of the shares and voting rights in the entity
