About the company
Annual report 2025Selskabets aktivitet har i lighed med tidligere år bestået af salg af udstyr til jagt og fiskeri fra detailforretning.
Der har ikke været væsentlige ændringer i aktiviteter og økonomiske forhold. Årets bruttofortjeneste udgør 1.239 t.kr. mod 1.297 t.kr. sidste år. Det ordinære resultat efter skat udgør 4 t.kr. mod 3 t.kr. sidste år. Selskabet har tabt mere end halvdelen af anpartskapitalen. Ledelsen har iagttaget bestemmelserne i selskabslovens §119 vedrørende kapitaltab. Det er ledelsens forventning af anpartskapitalen kan reetableres via fremtidig indtjening.
