About the company

Annual report 2026

Selskabets aktivitet har i lighed med tidligere år bestået af investeringsvirksomhed, herunder særligt investering i fast ejendom.

Selskabet i året løb fusioneret med Jernbanegade 7 ApS med tilbagevirkende kraft pr. 1. juni 2025. Fusionen er gennemført med Totaro ApS som fortsættende selskab, mens det øvrige selskab er ophørt. Regnskabsmæssigt er fusionen behandlet efter koncernmetoden, hvorved selskaberne er sammenlagt til bogførte værdier, og sammenligningstal er tilrettet, så de fremstår som om, selskaberne havde været sammenlagt tidligere år. Årets bruttofortjeneste udgør 2.438 t.kr. mod 2.025 t.kr. sidste år. Det ordinære resultat efter skat udgør 857 t.kr. mod 664 t.kr. sidste år.
