About the company
Annual report 2026Virksomhedens væsentligste aktiviteter har i lighed med tidligere år været investering i fast ejendom og dermed beslægtet virksomhed. Selskabets ejendom er udlejet til moderselskabet.
Selskabet har fortsat sine normale driftsaktiviteter. Selskabet har modtaget et koncerntilskud fra moderselskabet på TDKK 700. Tilskuddet er anvendt til nedbringelse af selskabets gæld til moderselskabet. Der har herudover ikke været enkeltstående begivenheder i regnskabsåret, som er af så væsentlig karakter, at det kræver omtale i ledelsesberetningen
