About the company
Annual report 2025Virksomhedens aktiviteter består i at overtage patenter med henblik på færdigudvikling af en række produkter indenfor høreapparatindustrien og efterfølgende salg af disse.Virksomheden har fortsat forskningsaftaler med det svenske datterselskab, Oticon Medical AB, på færdigudvikling af de pågældende produkter.
Årets resultat blev på t.kr. 33.261, hvilket er t.kr. 28.536 mindre end sidste år. Nedgangen skyldes primært højere udviklingsomkostninger samt højere afskrivninger på immaterielle anlægsaktiver. Årets resultat anses som værende tilfredsstillende. Balancen er i 2025 primært påvirket af afskrivninger på immaterielle anlægsaktiver samt et fald i gæld til tilknyttede virksomheder.Egenkapitalen stiger netto t.kr. 40.691 som følge af årets resultat for 2025.
