Annual report 2026Selskabets formål er at drive investeringsvirksomhed gennem opkøb af aktier og anparter.
Der har ikke været væsentlige ændringer i aktiviteter og økonomiske forhold. Årets bruttotab udgør -18 t.kr. mod -31 t.kr. sidste år. Det ordinære resultat efter skat udgør 118 t.kr. mod -505 t.kr. sidste år. Ledelsen anser årets resultat for tilfredsstillende. Selskabet har modtaget indeståelseserklæring fra anpartshaveren, hvori det fremgår, at gælden til anpartshaveren på 1.399.823 kr. ikke vil blive krævet indfriet i det kommende regnskabsår, medmindre selskabets likviditet tillader det.
