About the company
Annual report 2025En i selskabet er produktion og salg af film og tv og dermed beslægtet virksomhed.
Selskabets resultatopgørelse for 2025 udviser et overskud på 5.931 t.kr. mod et underskud på 9.885 t.kr. sidste år, og selskabets balance pr. 31. december 2025 udviser en negativ egenkapital på 2.681 t.kr. Selskabet har tabt sin anpartskapital. Til sikring af finansiering af driften frem til aflæggelse af årsrapporten for 2025 har selskabet fået tilsagn fra Zentropa Folket ApS om at yde selskabet fornøden finansiel støtte og om fornødent tilføre likvide midler til betaling af løbende forpligtelser, således selskabet kan fortsætte erhvervsmæssig drift.Der henvises til note 2 for yderligere bemærkninger.
