About the company
Annual report 2026Alstom Transport offers product from rolling stock to infrastructure, including signalling, maintenance and integrated transport systems. Alstom Transport Danmark A/S is delivering the new signal solution for Fjernbane East Denmark and the general traffic management system for Denmark. Mid-2021 Alstom signed with DSB the largest train contract in Denmark's history. First part of the order amounts to 1,4 billion EUR. Included in the contract is maintenance of the trains for 15 years. These activities are planned to be operated in a subsidiary fully-owned by Alstom Transport Danmark A/S. Trains are being designed and constructed by other Alstom entities.
The Company’s revenue for the financial year 2025/26 was DKK 596 million, which was as expected. Revenue has decreased by DKK 16 million from 2024/25 where the revenue amounted to DKK 612 million. The income statement of the Company for 2025/26 shows a profit of DKK 52 million against a loss of DKK 78 million in 2024/25. Equity in the Company's balance sheet at 31 March 2026 amounts to negative DKK 25 million against negative DKK 77 million at 31 March 2025. The past year and follow-up on development expectations from last year The forecast for 2025/26 showed decreased revenue compared to 2024/25. The Company's revenue for 2025/26 was DKK 596 million representing a decrease of 3% compared to 2024/25. Activity levels have increased during the fiscal year due to higher intercompany support. The Company's profit before tax for 2025/26 was DKK 55 million, which was higher than expected.
