About the company

Annual report 2026

Selskabets aktivitet omfatter handel med automobiler og reservedele samt værksteds- og servicearbejder. Selskabet har forhandling af nye automobiler af mærkerne Alfa Romeo, Citroën, DS, Exlantix, Fiat, Hongqi, Jeep, Leapmotor, Navor, Opel, Peugeot og Voyah samt erhvervsbiler fra Citroën, Peugeot og Opel. Selskabet er autoriseret reparationsværksted for ovenstående bilmærker samt Fiat Erhverv og Mitsubishi og med eget skadesværksted hvor skader på alle bilmærker repareres.

Årets resultat efter skat udgør et overskud på 2.697 t.kr. mod 104 t.kr. sidste år. Resultatet anses efter omstændighederne for tilfredsstillende. Resultatet er påvirket af faldende avancer på såvel nye som brugte biler, reservedele samt værkstedsydelser. I årets løb er der solgt en ejendom, som har givet en større gevinst og samtidig har været med til at reducerer de finansielle omkostninger.
